Rep. Pavlov welcomes former Marysville city manager as State of the State guest

State Rep. Joseph Pavlov recently welcomed former Marysville City Manager Randy Fernandez as his guest for the governor’s annual State of the State address at the Michigan Capitol.

Fernandez attended the event alongside Pavlov and his wife for the evening’s address, which brings together state leaders, community members, and invited guests from across Michigan.

Pavlov said he was pleased to have Fernandez join him for the event, noting his years of service and leadership in the Marysville community.

“Randy has dedicated many years to serving the people of Marysville and helping strengthen the community,” said Pavlov, R-Smiths Creek. “It was a pleasure to have him join us at the Capitol for this important annual address.”
